P900 MONCLER hooded brim quilted embroidered down jacket Fabric selection: The longue saison fabric is made of high-count polyamide fiber, which is known for its excellent tensile strength and lightness. Its good flexibility makes the fabric less prone to wrinkles and keeps it crisp and stylish for a long time. The tight weave effectively blocks the invasion of cold wind and locks in the warm air generated by the down layer. The high-density nylon surface forms a certain lotus leaf effect, making it difficult for small water droplets to penetrate, keeping the interior dry and effectively extending the service life of the down.  Lining selection: High-density lining fabric made of ultra-fine denier, 0.08mm thickness to avoid increasing the overall weight and making it smooth to wear. The high-density woven structure forms a wind resistance layer to protect the thermal efficiency of the thermal layer from loss. It can also withstand the expansion pressure of down and prevent deformation and damage after long-term use.  Technology: The quilted letter logo on the brim uses contour quilting technology. High-density cotton fiber is used to achieve internal and external differentiation in a single layer of fabric. The outer plain weave is tight and wear-resistant, and the inner layer is sanded to form a short dense suede surface. The dense plain weave structure resists wind and splashes, the brushed suede surface is skin-friendly, and the short pile has been treated to eliminate static electricity to avoid sticking to the skin. A very small amount of grooved polyester moisture-conducting yarn is embedded in the cotton fiber, which quickly directs sweat from the inner suede surface to the outer layer for evaporation through the capillary effect, solving the problem that the inside-out suede is prone to stuffiness. By actively intervening in the shrinkage potential of the cotton fiber, the fabric is achieved from being volatile to stable, improving dimensional stability, and at the same time not prone to deformation and wrinkles.   A high-saturation pattern is displayed on the center of the cap through glue printing. The scraper pressure is even and the scraping is performed in 5 steps to ensure that the glue is fully penetrated and covered. After curing at high temperature, the pigment is firmly combined with the cotton fiber.
